Position Head- Corporate Sales- Bus
Level : Manager/ Senior Manager
Location : HQ, Gurgaon
Reporting to : Head Bus Sales
Academic/Professional Qualifications : Engineering Graduate (B. Tech) and/or MBA
Experience Profile : 9-13 years of automotive experience preferably in Sales & Marketing, Key Account Functions
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities include :
- Lead the corporate sales team.
- Collaborate and support Regional teams in cracking BIG corporates / IT / Services industry.
- Target Corporates & IT companies for the Staff Bus Segment - Get Eicher enrolled as a preferred brand ensure that these companies buy Eicher / Instruct their vendors to buy Eicher.
- Performs sales promotion activities at major staff bus locations plan plant visit of admin heads.
- Initiate turn key staff movement projects optimization for big corporate resulting in cost reduction.
- Assists regional sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
- Interprets short and long term objectives in staff segment.
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs - offer customized solutions
- Identifying and developing new business through networking generate new business leads and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Collaborating with after-market to facilitate these key accounts.
