- The role of Corporate Partnership is to establish tie-ups across startups to large corporates for serving their hiring needs from an Edtech company by building partnerships with companies to facilitate the placement of graduating learners into relevant job positions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with companies, ranging from startups to large corporations, that have hiring needs in the specific areas covered by the Edtech bootcamp.

2. Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to align the bootcamp's curriculum and training programs with current market requirements.

3. Program Customization: Collaborate with corporate partners to customize training programs, ensuring that bootcamp graduates possess the skills and qualifications required by these companies.

4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, understanding their hiring needs, and addressing any concerns or feedback they may have.

5. Pipeline Development: Develop a consistent pipeline of job opportunities by working closely with corporate partners to source internship and job openings for bootcamp graduates.

6. Placement Support: Provide guidance and support to bootcamp graduates throughout the job search and placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.
