Purpose of the Role: To implement corporate HR processes and initiatives across organization
Key Role & Responsibilities
Talent Management:
- Driving the talent process - Talent identification and succession planning across organization and talent development.
- Responsible for driving the Future Leaders Board process
- Maintain a talent dashboard
Learning & Organization Development:
- Responsible for training needs analysis for for factory and corporate employees
- Design the annual capability plans
- Deliver the above functional and behavioural learning through e-learning platform, webinars, classroom training, self learning etc
- Partner in driving Leadership Development Programs and other group interventions for co participants.
- Support on any ongoing organizational intervention
- Maintain a MIS of all development initiatives
Employee Engagement:
- Support the Happiness Council in its agenda
- Drive the employee engagement agenda for the organization and enhance the moments of joy at work
- Derive insights based on employee engagement survey and support HRBPs in action planning
Diversity & Inclusion
- Drive the D&I agenda which includes diversity hiring and building an enabling ecosystem and culture within the organization.
- Driving the 360 degree feedback process
- Be a champion of HR process change. Analyze processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement in the HR processes.
- Coach and develop line managers around HR policies and processes
- Ensure HRMS SAP Success Factors deployment, adoption and liaison with Central Group HR digital team for modules like PM/GM, Calibration, 9-box, RCM, LMS, 360
- Creation of CHRO dashboards on all HR processes
