Summary of Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Performance and Development :
Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together
Support the implementation of Organization programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage
Implementation of the performance management systems across all partners. Conduct and ensure the completion of goal setting and performance reviews.
Utilize various performance and talent development methods to meet the needs of the individual partners and the objectives of the organization
Design and implement mid to long term reward and benefits strategy, policy, processes and systems. Ensure timely and effective rollout of reward strategy.
Support job and organisation design efforts to support Business growth.
PR Strategy Planning and Execution :
Participate in creating and executing a strategic plan, creating best in class partner resources policies and processes thereby driving partner engagement
Prepare, communicate and educate partners on policies and practices within the organization
Strategically drive talent acquisition, partner career development, partner engagement, retention, organization culture, Reward & Recognition and key partner resources systems & processes-
Lead employer branding efforts to position as an employer of choice
Conduct Partner Engagement surveys and action planning in the regular intervals to generate timely partner insights and implement actions to drive partner engagement.
Business Partnering :
Partner with Support functions to drive business results by building capabilities in teams, talent pipeline and driving team collaboration.
Initiate and sustain efforts towards enriching business partner experience by driving engagement and coffee culture.
Partner Development & Team Building :
Provide partners with coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities and build effective teams
Nurture and build Partner Culture and drive the same across the Organization
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements
Lead succession planning methods and strategies to achieve business goals
Build a coffee forward culture in Support Center
Utilize various performance and talent development methods to meet the needs of the individual partners and the objectives of the organization
Design and implement an effective reward and recognition program
