A. Talent Acquisition & Management :
- Formulated Job Roles for Role clarity, performance management & total rewards
- Planned & prioritized human resource requirements for regular and outsourced staff.
- Planned and managed on schedule the complete recruitment life-cycle for best talent from diverse sources - Open Market, Campus / Off Campus, Internal selections & Referrals.
B. Learning & Development;
- Diagnosed, analyzed, suggested OD initiatives for HR Process Maturity at different levels
- Steered systems for individual & organizational learning
- Project Design for induction programs for new joinees
C. Strategic HR :
- Formulated HR Business Plans integrated with Organization .
- Policy formulation and implementation for Talent Management.
- Leadership Role in Corporate HR Policies for Employee Satisfaction; includes Policy benchmarking, formulation, implementation, functional support, audit & review.
F. PMS/Career Planning :
- Designing performance framework for performance and competency evaluation to drive performance culture.
