Job Objective :

Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance (Chartered Account)

- Our Company is looking for Chartered Account having experience of 3- 10 years in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking.

0 Candidate will be responsible for Preparation of Financial Model, CMA Data, Project Reports, Restructuring/Resolution Plans and Presentations to submit to the banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, lenders and investors (including private equity investors) and follow-up with the clients for data collation apart from global searches from various public domains.

Description :

- Evaluate the Balance sheet and other financial documents of company. Preparation of Financial Model, CMA Data, Project Reports, Restructuring/Resolution Plans/One Time Settlement proposals and Presentations to submit to the banks

- Preparation of Credit Appraisal Form as per Banker's instruction.
