Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance - Construction/Infra Vertical

Role:

- Analyzing valuation and returns

- Overseeing transaction due diligence

- Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents

- Dealing with structuring and other transaction-related matters

- Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals

- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements

- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth

- Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Project Finance

Exposure:

Exposure of Financial Modeling, Fundraising, Debt Syndication

Education Preference: Master Degree in Finance or CA

Experience & Industry preference:

- 7+ years of experience in Construction or Infra Vertical.
