Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Location - Mumbai

Preferred Experience: Relevant experience into Investment Banking, Capital Markets, fund raising and Structure Finance. IPO process/experience

Preferred Qualification: CFA/CA/MBA

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (but not limited to):

- Build valuation concepts into the financial models and undertake financial valuation exercise as required

- Build detailed financial models with scenarios i.e Taxation scenarios, Depreciation scenarios, MAT.

- Engage with various functions of the group to gather and analyze data for investors, lenders and internal business planning etc.

- Engage with lenders and investors as part of fund-raising transactions and also post transaction compliances.

- Preparation of IM, Info Memorandums, Pitch book, Appraisal Reports

- Deliver complex model review (incl. integrated P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet models)
