Role Expectation: Sales the healthcare services to the corporate company- s, it's a b2b sales only. You need to lead generate and go for the meeting & tie-up with them
- Establishing sales opportunities (Doctor's Consultation on digital platform and allied services/ Client offerings) by networking, building relationships, establishing needs, conducting demonstrations and closing deals.
- Develop client base through new and existing business opportunities.
- Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure.
- Identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
- Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goals.
- Make periodic sales report & meet the targets.
- Should able to forecast the sales (in terms of no of subscriptions and revenue).
- The ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Should able to do product solutioning and service packaging.
Desirable :
- Candidates having exposure in concept selling, app-based product or services selling, subscription-based product selling.
- Should able to perform as individual contributor.
- Consultative sales experience would be an advantage.
- Proven success in a sales role dealing with senior management/ HR professionals/ CXO's incorporates/ SMEs/ National & Global companies. - Must.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly developed business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry
