Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Communications

Manager/Sr Manager Corporate Communications role with Development/NGO organisation inclined towards Healthcare and Educations sectors with global footprints.

Key Responsibilities :

Planning and strategy :

- Develop a communication and branding strategy for ECHO India.

- Liaise with the PR / communication agency, if needed.

Communication :

- Plan and lead all external and internal communication initiatives for the organisation.

- Responsible for all communication, marketing, branding, social media and PR activities.

Content creation and management :

- Creating all marketing and communication related content like: writing articles ,press releases ;preparing newsletters ,case studies, reports ,brochures, direct mailers; creating presentations ,banners, videos, success stories etc

- Manage website content development.

- Manage social media presence to build brand awareness and engagement.

People management :

- Guide and mentor the team to build capability

- Provide regular support and feedback to the team to improve performance.

- Ensure team retention and motivation.

- Understand the current dynamics of the healthcare sector; represent ECHO in conferences ;and leverage opportunities for partnerships.

- To lead and / or support special initiatives as assigned by the reporting head.

- Social media reach/ engagement

Job Requirements :

Minimum Qualification - MBA (Marketing) / PG in Public Relations/ Mass communication

Experience : 10-12 years

Language : English, Hindi

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Excellent presentation making and delivery skills

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills

- Creative thinking

- Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Technical knowledge :

- Knowledge of Illustrator / CorelDraw will be preferable

- Travel Need based (Occasional)
