- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for company who own end to end corporate communication and engagement strategies with company's vision.
- Develop and implement company wide internal communication plans and employee engagement strategies that engage, align and inspire employees with company's vision and business strategy and to drive employees' understanding of priorities and key initiatives.
- Providing strategic counsel and executive writing support to marketing dept as needed and developing external messaging and internal presentations for company updates, key initiatives, industry issues and other topics.
- Act as marketing spoc for HR and supporting them in L&D, TA, videos and presentation decks, company wide cultural activities and new joinee kits
- Establish the company employee engagement program, including identifying and implementing communications opportunities to connect leadership with employees, and developing key messages and communications materials like internal newsletters or building new ones
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with managers and people internally, ensuring the alignment of internal and external messages and communications.
