- Building impactful employee communications that bring alignment on strategy, culture and behaviors highlighting success stories and initiatives from across the organization.
- Setting up and executing internal communication processes.
- Guide and prepare Leadership for addresses in internal events.
- Drive all internal publications like monthly magazine.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant media houses, editors, influencers and proactively identify relevant media opportunities to build Company's corporate and employer brand.
- Manage the PR agency and own creation of all content and execution of news stories, media pitches, press releases, briefing docs, articles, blogs, videos, presentations/speeches, coverage reports etc.
- Ensure media coverage of all marketing events and conferences organized by company.
- Guide and prepare Leadership for speaking engagements on media and key external meetings.
- Analyze and report measurable impact of PR and communications campaigns undertaken.
- Drive storytelling and positive coverage across digital media platforms, including on leading agri portals, mainstream news, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor etc.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for improvements in digital media presence.
- Organize quality content for blogs to drive desired outcomes like traffic and SEO performance.
