Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Communication

Looking for Manager Sr. Manager Corporate Communication (External & Internal Communication), MNC Organisation, Pune location

- The role holder has the responsibility to spearhead and organize the planning, development, implementation and delivery of corporate communications for the organisation in order to raise the public and industry profile and nurture the corporate identity in line with the larger organizational objectives.

- Corporate Communication leader will define, design, develop & lead the execution of end to end organisation wide communication topics.

- Implement communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.

- Manage budget related to corporate communications, ensuring that adequate provision is made for all activities.

- Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments

- Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce the bank's positioning and develop and manage the overall corporate communications and digital programmes including PR and media relations, CSR and sponsorships, crisis communication and reputation management, websites and internal communications

- Oversee compliance to corporate brand guidelines across all communication collaterals

- Develop and implement crisis-management communication planning, readiness, and response capabilities consistent with the organisation corporate guidelines.

- Work with key stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop messaging that can be used to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee the development and production of the annual report while ensuring it adheres to the overall brand guidelines and corporate communications objectives.

- Ensure appropriate customer services communication.

- Act as focal point of contact for all media relations in order to establish and lead working relationships with all key print and broadcasting media.
