- Responsibilities Liaisoning with Government Departments at various level in Central, State & Corporation / Local bodies for obtaining Licenses / NOCs / Approvals etc. ( dealing with Ministry of Industry -SIA, NSS, CBN & NCB (Narcotic Dept), State Industry & Environment Dept, MIDC, MPCB, DISH, Collector's & Tahsildar's office, local Gram Panchayat, Municipal Authorities, Police Dept., Courts matters). 


- Deep & hands-on liasoning capability, strong interpersonal skills and team commitment.

NETWORKING :

 NETWORKING: Leverages existing internal networks to get things done. Leverages existing external networks with some help & uses it to improve the function.

 SYSTEMS & PROCESS THINKING : Ensures team adheres to/ complies with existing systems & processes independently. May suggest improvements in existing systems & processes.

 PROBLEM SOLVING : Finds innovative solutions too for various problems (simple or complex) and also encourages team efforts for innovation. Uses analytics and is able to take most tactical decisions for the function. Needs help in taking strategic decisions.

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT : Continuously updates own domain knowledge. Identifies the development needs for the team, plans for their growth & develops them for current & future business priorities. Development of a successor happens by default.

Needs help in developing medium-term functional strategy though can plan for its execution by independently planning & organizing own and cross-functional resources optimally to deliver results. Does this for one or few assignments. Needs help for doing this for multiple assignments.
