The Assignment (The Role / Job Description): - The position is with the group operations / central services unit - To ensure smooth running of the Chairman's office and supporting business activities. - Coordinating with other directors and offices / departments The Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience i) Around 30 to 40 yrs of age ii) Male or Female iii) Post graduate in business administration (MBA) or relevant field is plus iv) Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar multi task role with an MD / CEO / chairman of a large multi location multi business group v) Experience in customer service will be plus B) Competencies i) High Initiative &amp; drive . ii) Strong Communications and People Skills. iii) Tech Savvy iv) Ability to work/multi task / thrive in an unstructured, dynamic, high growth environment.
