Job Description:

1. Responsibility of Business Acquisition, client handling.

2. Handle contract staffing for various clients.

3. Responsible for acquiring new business.

4. To identify potential clients for targeted business development activities.

5. Understanding the needs of clients, conduct client meetings and follow up with potential clients to customized their business proposals

6. Negotiations with clients regarding business processes, Proposals, Confidentiality agreement and Master Service Agreement and arrange for execution from the client.

7. Responsible for payment collection and follow ups with clientele as per the agreed milestones.

8. Responsible for communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across own area of responsibility

9. Present MIS report on regular basis to the top management on regular basis.

1. Energetic and self-motivated

2. Excellent exposure and ability to make strategies on contract staffing.

3. To maintain good relationship with all clientele and ensure all the queries/issues are addressed in a phased manner.

4. Good communication, with ability to work with all levels in the organization.

5. Ability to work under pressure.

6. Customer focus mind-set and commitment to deliver a high level of service

7. Maintain confidentiality with integrity.

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Proactively build talent pools in line with clientele requirements and maintain good rapport with potential resources and keep in pipeline for future requirements.

2. Responsible for creating and proactively managing a network of stakeholders interfacing with this role.

3. Conduct weekly meeting with the clientele. Formalization of minutes & action tracking for the meeting and is required to be distributed to all attendees/stakeholders.
