- Develop a road map for Consumer Retention & Churn Management in order to achieve retention KPIs
- Report regular retention insights to all stakeholders and proactive churn forecasting by using analytical models.
- Partner with retention marketing, content and product teams to inform, influence and drive end-to-end retention campaigns.
- Translate data and numbers into sound commercial action.
- Identify/Improve reason for churn and identify the process improvements that can create better consumer experience
- Master's degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline (Applied Statistics, machine learning, Operations research etc).
- 6+ years of work experience as part of a Data analytics setup or a data science team building products.
- Deep understanding and experience in predictive modeling or machine learning approaches such as clustering, classification, recommendation or optimization concepts.
- Proven experience of working on large, complex, multi-dimensional dataset using a variety of tools such as R or Python. Experience in Big Data technologies is a big plus. You will be expected to work on both structured and unstructured data.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Experience of working in a customer centric organization on customer retention and loyalty is a big plus.
