Manager/Senior Manager/Consultant - Organisation Change Management - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Our client is one of the leading consulting companies, looking to hire Manager / Senior Manager in the OCM space.

Responsibilities:

- Rolling out the change prioritization framework to weigh user resistance vs. organization benefits

- Evangelize the need to re prioritize change milestones to ensure user commitment, adoption, sustenance and benefits realization

- Setting up a global Change Office, develop OCM strategies and deployed end-to-end change management

- Stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications & training strategy and benefits realization

- Organization Change Management, Integrated Change Landscape Analysis, Change Prioritization, Communications Strategy & Execution, IT Strategy & Transformation

Desired Profile:

- 6 - 13 years of experience in Organisation Change Management with hands on experience in consulting firms

- MBA from premier institution is mandatory

Role can be based out of Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai or Hyderabad
