Manager/Senior Manager - Construction Audit & Contracts Review

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer having Audit Experience in the project costing in Engineering or Construction industry

- The incumbent will be responsible for project management audit for the real estate business

- Working knowledge of engineering works contracts and execution thereof, construction monitoring

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Review of contracts (Engineering Works Contracts including civil and MEP) and Purchase Orders for materials/assets/consumables. This review shall include the review of special conditions of the contract, general T&C, BOQ (rate and quantity)

- From an execution point of view - site inspection including quality aspects vis-a-vis BOQ specifications

- Review of COP vis-a-vis contract terms

- Audit of procurement process across project and FMS

- Review of compliance - property wise

- Operational audit of FMS functioning - includes the visit to each property to study and review daily operations, maintenance plans/schedules, customer management, etc.

- Developing SOP for FMS operations, Work Break Down Structure and work schedules for all contracts

- Checking compliance of SOP
