Manager/Senior Manager - Compliance - Chemical & Textile Manufacturing Firm

We have an urgent opening for Manager/Senior Manager-Compliance role in one of the leading Chemical and textile manufacturing industry.

Job Purpose:

Accountabilities Responsibilities :

- On-time submission of WCR report.

- Consolidation of WCR reports

- Analyzing variances

- Ensure accuracy of Working capital

- Timely circulation of working capital

Trade remedial Measures :

- Collection, validation, and compilation of anti-dumping cost data as per prescribed format for Sunset review petition on ADD-NTCF

- Data verification with consultant as per Requirement.

- Resolving queries as & when raised by consultant & DGAD

- Reconciliation of cost audit data

Financial & anti-dumping cost data :

- Verification of material movement as per format A with the oracle stock summary report

- Verification of power & fuel data as per Format D with oracle reports.

- Verification & validation of anti dumping cost Data with books of accounts. Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management - Regular follow-up for closure of audit

Points/CSA in the system :

- Uniform practice to be developed across all units

- Timely update the status on an audit. Trial balance analysis & review (Compliance related)

- Timely reviewing the unreconciled balances & report

- Follow-up with respective users for reconciliation

Delegation of power :

- Timely & accurately updating in oracle

- Follow-up with the unit team for any Concerns & issues. Insurance policies & Claims

- Dealing for insurance like IAR, Marine, credit Export etc.

- Timely follow-up with plant teams for settlement of insurance claims

Regulatory Compliances such as Indirect Taxes(GST), show cause notices, income tax, Legal cases :

- Preparation of Monthly GSTR-1 Returns

- Refund Filling like Deemed export

- A timely update to relevant stakeholders for changes in GST Law

- Timely look the system issues & highlight to

IT teams for solution :

- Repository of legal cases

- Status review of all cases

- Filling of responses through corporate legal & Taxation teams

- Timely update the changes in oracle system
