1) Managing Performance, Total Rewards and Benefits charter (including all business entities in India and International entities
2) Accountable for the design, go to market and governance of HR policies and HR systems involving Rewards and Benefits
3) Accountable for driving performance management systems enabling meritocracy through ownership of goal setting, periodic check-ins, feedback and development conversations
4) Rewards budgeting, benchmarking and Talent analysis to build Outside-in perspectives for drafting Rewards charter in India and International markets
5) Responsible for strategic org transformation projects enabling the execution of business growth plans
6) Accountable for driving Executive Compensation charter including designing short term and Long term incentives (ESOPs and Performance-based LTIPs), go to market plans and governance architecture
7) Drive rewards cycles including participation in Benchmarking forums, Outside-in insights, Analytics and Board proposals
8) Custodian for Group compliance policies, Recognition frameworks, HR systems involving Performance and Rewards processes
