Manager/Senior Manager - Commercial Modeling

We have an Urgent requirement with a leading KPO for Bangalore/Kolkata location.

JD :

Designation : Manager/Sr.Manager

Location : Bangalore/Kolkatta

Note - Practical experience in commercial model validation and development is a must.

Responsibilities :

- Proficiency in Risk Management, Model Development and Model Validation/Model Monitoring.

- Knowledge about the global regulatory landscape as well as Model Validation/Governance guidelines, Basel III, OCC/Federal Reserve, SR 11-7, PRA, etc. Knowledge/exposure to CCAR, DFAST, Stress Testing.

- Extremely strong knowledge of Econometric models, tools and techniques used in Risk Management including, but not limited to Regression models (Linear, Logistic, GAM, etc.), Segmentation (Cluster Analysis, CHAID/CART/Decision Trees,etc.), Time Series Analysis (ARIMA, ARDL,GARCH,etc), Panel Data Econometrics and Mathematical Optimization.

- Proficiency in software, SAS, R (desirable), Decision Tree software like Knowledge Seeker, SAS Enterprise Miner, etc.

- Prior experience in leading a team end to end project and delivery management, people management and stakeholder relationship management at extremely senior levels.

- Extremely strong communication skills written & verbal. Strong leadership, networking, negotiation and influencing skills.

Desired Profile :

- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in risk management, model validation and development

- Practical experience in quantitative/commercial modeling with SAS,R

- Team lead and project management skills

- Investment product knowledge across asset classes and product groups (like secured and unsecured loans, leases, etc. Exposure to commercial portfolios..)

- Advanced degree in finance, mathematics, statistics.
