- To support management in defining commercial policy / Scheme / discount / Incentive to dealers

- To ensure 100 % implementation of company sales policy, timely calculation of scheme / incentive amount and pay out.

- AR Management - Opening of new dealers / follow ups for overdue outstanding / Legal case filling /

- Quality rejected return management and control

- To ensure invoicing as per company policy, price variance analysis and corrective action.

- Inventory review and action for liquidation of non moving inventory

- To ensure internal control, finding gaps and taking action for elimination of revenue leakage.
