Role Description:
- Develop, oversee, and implement new and existing programs and projects which create short term and long-term value for the company in general with core focus on customer collections
- Conceptualize, design, and roll-out the blueprint for new business initiatives; work with various departments internally to implement/execute the same
- Lead improvement in customer collections based on deep data insights - Own, plan, execute, and ensure success of various structural plans
- Devise new and evolving metrics to track and improve customer collections pan-India from calling and field teams for multiple credit products
- Working as an internal influential strategy consultant to understand the customers and solve for their core pain points
- Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs - Working closely with the founders and senior leadership on multiple projects
- Play a pivotal role in enhancements of current collections systems to meet changing business needs and priorities
- Perform process, data, and business analysis as required to impact the current funnel performance
- You may also need to network, helping your company develop relationships with external and internal partners
Attributes we are looking for:
- MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
- 3+ year of experience post MBA from
- Experience in leading Fintech/Lending start-ups or Banks in Collections Strategy Or Logistics/Supply Chain startups would be a plus
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units
- Ability to get on the ground be part of functional teams and execute the strategy is must
- Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same
- High Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ability to use SQL will be a plus
