Job Responsibilities :

- Building the City Expansion Strategy for the company

- Working closely with the Top management to finalize expansion plans.

- Seamlessly Execute city expansion strategy

- Participate in hiring relevant resources to build the teams for various cities

- Lead the expansion teams effectively

- Bring new centers up to speed at the earliest in terms of performance and customer service parameters

Requirements :

- Should be currently in a City Expansion Role

- Strong experience in executing operations related expansion plans

- Ability to groom and lead large teams

- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- Should have good negotiation skills and be able to execute expansions in a fast pace.
