Job

1. Owns responsibility for existing and new products in rural financing for the company

2. Strategise its variants including identification of new products and opportunities across customer segments / geographies.

3. Drives product development - process design, improvement and product management - profitability,

4. Business volumes and marketing strategies.

5. Analyzes market share / performance of product variants periodically and aligns product strategy.

6. Oversees product maintenance - regulatory requirements, sales support, customer communication, product training, branding etc.

7. Monitors product-mix achievements and profitability performance (sales and expenditure), discusses with management on appropriate action plan to remedy deviations from plan on product-mix

8. Develops and deploys various projects/initiatives to improve the productivity of sales workforce.

9. Acts as the anchor in new product planning and introduction prioritizing opportunities, shaping value proposition and strategizing competitive positioning based on analyzed product requirements, developed business case and derived forecasts.

10. Continuously develops market insights and conducts post-launch studies to reassess sector / geography movements and revaluate competitor positioning/ market actions.

11. Works closely with stakeholders across the company to harmonize development and delivery of liability products in alignment with the overall business plans / strategy.
