We are hiring for the subject role for a Leading 5 Star Property. Details below :
Role & responsibilities
- Achievement of monthly revenue / sales / marketing (DGA) targets assigned.
- Participates in general sales strategy and defining plans along with ZM/BM/MM to sell a range of product mix to maximise revenue/ profitability.
- Travel extensively to the DSA location.
- Defines the revenue / sales targets for the set of partners being handled
- Ensure partner compliance to CMH Business policies.
- QOQ Productivity review and growth.
- MIS for channel market.
- Focus on horizontal and vertical growth
(recruiting new dsas, opening new marketing & developing existing).
Skills Required :
- Excellent selling (pref. direct sales), communication, analytical & problem solving.
- Good leadership, cross functional & team management.
- Planning, budgeting & churn management.
- Training & mentoring.
- MIS
