Manager/Senior Manager - Change Management - IT/BPO/Consulting Services

Our client is one of the leading provider of Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing and consulting services is looking to hire Manager / Senior Manager - Change Management.

Responsibilities:

- Change management and Stake holder engagement

- Execute change readiness and change impact assessment

- Rollout Management & Deployment Management

- Manage change agent networks

- Work extensively with business units, process owners, key stakeholders, managers etc.

Desired Profile:

- Strong academic background and degree from a top tier university.

- Over 8+ years of experience in IT consulting / business analysis etc in the commodities trading context (metals, petroleum, oil, concentrates etc.)

- Broad exposure (deal-to-cash) and deep understanding of one or more functions

Role can be based in Chennai / Pune
