- Lead the Pricing & Promotion Function.
- Single-Point Interface between Marketing, Sales and Buying Team to drive growth.
- Finalizing Promotion in liaison with category teams to reach Targeted Sales.
- Development and Implementation of Pricing Strategy across the portfolio.
- Implementation and Monitoring of Pricing Benchmarking with Competition & General Trade.
- Responsible to set up and deliver a Brand/Branch wise Growth plan.
- Identify gaps and drive distribution by SKU/portfolio.
- Brand/Category wise planning of Activation and Visibility calendar.
- Detailed planning for all new launches and monitoring/Delivering the same
- Vendor management, negotiation, development and setting up SLA for every vendor as well as activities.
- Responsible for the training, development, and performance of the team.
- Ability to analyze Business Potential conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales.
- Strong understanding of Categories and Market Trends across different geographies.
- Excellent Communication, People Management, and Team Leading skills.
