Manager/Senior Manager - Campus Relationship & Employer Branding

Relationship management - both in establishing, building and maintaining key partnerships (particularly with campus stakeholders).

- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with target university/college stakeholder.

- Experience in driving engagement activities at the target campuses as well as driving intern to graduate conversion. Proven ability to develop networks and builds alliances; ability to collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.

- Proven ability to analyse the organization's competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential stakeholders

One has to have an excellent communication skills and should be creative to develop the tools and initiatives to maximize the company's image as an Employer.

Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding / Sourcing and Candidate Relationship Management by providing the HR organization with the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
