Looking for a Campus Hiring specialist

- Candidate Must be from Premier B Institute (Full time). Industry is open.

- Developing & executing fresher recruitment plans

- Conducting the entire recruitment life cycle for fresher talent from accredited colleges

- Travelling extensively across the regions, manage campus events, building strategic relationship with Universities & Colleges heads.

- Employer branding

- Leading Campus engagement activities across accredited colleges in the region, including sponsoring of college festivals, academic research programs

Position will report to Head of Talent Acquisition.
