Manager/Sr Manager-CA 2004-2010-with Exp in US GAAP & IFRS Conversion / US Statutory Financial Reporting

Job Description :

- Partner with various units (Financial Reporting, Expenses, Actuarial etc) in order to perform Embedded Value reporting and reconciliation.

- Build relationship and work collectively with multiple stakeholder in reporting reconciliation and other business units.

- Exposure into GAAP conversion(IFRS/US GAAP)

- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Concur Reviews on financial statements and other relevant statements

- Perform and manage reconciliation of various line items in financial statements

- Prepare and manage periodic management reports Plan workflow for all deliverables in advance of quarter end.

Desired Profile :

- Chartered Accountant having 6-12 years of experience Mandatory

- Experience should be in either US GAAP / IFRS/ US Statutory Financial closing or Reporting function or US GAAP / IFRS/ US Statutory Consulting function or IFRS/ U.S. GAAP/ US Statutory Reporting.

- Exposure to Consolidation and reporting applications and / or tier one GL system

- Chartered Accountant from a Big 4 or insurance industry will be preferred

- Good academic background will be preferred

- Open for Flexible working hours window- 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM( as per country assigned)
