Manager/Senior Manager - Business Strategy - Insurance

We are looking for Business Strategy for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon.

Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Education: Graduate from Premier College / MBA from Tier 1 Tier 2 business school with an excellent academic track record

CTC : Best in Industry

Department : Business Development & Strategic Initiatives

Exp: 3-8 years of program management experience

Nature of the Role : Individual Contributor

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

Key Skills : Preference to candidates with Interest in and knowledge of the startup and technology world with a specific focus on fintech and adjacent sectors. Experience in business strategy

Job Purpose :

Responsible for designing and executing the corporate accelerator program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assess use cases for the organization through liaison with internal teams - operations, underwriting, technology, actuarial, digital etc.

2. Design and program manage the rolling selection based corporate accelerator program for the organization; collaborate with marketing and corporate communication function to create visibility for the program

3. Ensure high quality sourcing of applications through the year; Review applications, conduct due diligence, and select the start-ups for the accelerator program

4. Provide a dedicated project management support for managing the start-ups; Design and streamline process for on boarding the start-ups through coordination with legal and finance team

5. Partner along with different functions within the organization to ensure that we achieve 2-3 successful PoC's during the year

6. Continuously scan the digital ecosystem and maintain the database of start-ups ; Build visibility for the organization in the digital ecosystem space through attending relevant seminars, conferences etc

- Detail- oriented, organized, critical thinker with strong work ethics

- Ability to Work in a structured environment, with a startup mentality
