Role:  - Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery  - Managing client relations, nurture and grow new clients and providing support in building business pipeline  - Manage manpower allocation optimally utilizing existing skills and competencies, team engagement and project budget and cost  - Mentor and guide by managing project teams aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects  - Display a capability of managing larger responsibilities in the organization identifying totally with its values  - Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term  - Manage the career aspirations and personal growth of reporting team members  - Facilitate frequent interaction amongst direct reports and their respective teams by being more approachable and empathetic  - Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary  Competencies:  - Expertise required in projects dealing with parts of the go - to - market (GTM) problems for multiple Indian / Global clients (channel strategy, market sizing / estimation, consumer behavior etc.)  - Good understanding of business and operating market.  - Experience and rigor in consulting and research methodologies and frameworks  - Ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously  - Ability to take up organizational level responsibilities and functions
