Job description:

- Coordinate with finance teams, and support the lead on business planning cycles across Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and Reforecasting, top and bottom-line planning, etc.

- Liasioning with finance team to streamline budget approvals for distribution related expenses e.g., manpower, RnR etc.

- Exercise control over the planned budget on all key metrics so that bottom line is in control. Some key parameters are manpower, product mix, incentive & RnR expenditures etc.

- Review monthly IB metrics & publish recommendations

- Partner-wise product mix analysis and highlight the risk area

- Support in conducting monthly review of financials with various business teams

- Support ad-hoc requirements related to key IB metrics or profitability metrics from CDO, business heads, etc.

- Annual detailed business plan for all key financial parameters at vertical / partner level of IB

- Analysis of partner profitability and highlight the area to be focused upon
