Manager/Senior Manager - Business Planning - Automotive/BFSI - CA/ICWA/CS

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for assistance in Business planning, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, creating key operating metrics etc.

- Establish and maintain mechanisms for assessing performance and its co-relation to business performance; on a periodic basis, share insights with wider stakeholder community across Company.

- Establish mechanism to gather competitive intelligence, assess and report the same to business on a periodic basis.

- Assess planning related cost optimization opportunities and take them from concept to fruition - e.g. opportunities related to procurement, alternative planning/deployment models.

- Accountability for all MIS planning related business case development and management.

- Assess monthly Budget plans vs. execution / rollouts in company and report gaps / fulfillment.

- Establish mechanisms for assessing partner performance and shape/maintain vendor and products strategy.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree - CA / ICWA / CS

- Preferably in Automotive Finance Industry or any other NBFC.

- Exposure to MIS & Analytics Function, with eye for details and micro management approach.
