We work exclusively with Medical Institutions and National Medical Associations and work with doctors to provide Continuing Medical Education & Digital Conferences directly on the doctors' mobile. Job Description:

Candidate should mandatorily have experience in running the Business Operations.

The role will involve deep dive analysis of data, reports, statistics presentation to C-Level executives. One needs to be hands on in Business Analytics, should be able to drive results out of it, and strategize next step of actions Should be well versed with customer retention strategies and action plans (not Business Development / Sales). One would work as Account Manager and will handle a team of two, so role will involve interaction with internal & external customers (technical, business, sales)

- The person would be the primary spoc for his/her assigned region / territory

- He / She will have prime responsibilities of account management, business operations and account growth

- The effort will be in ratio of 90:10. 90% of efforts in Retention of Customer & Churn Management and 10% in ideation and execution for acquisition & growth of account

- The person would directly liaison b/w Country teams (assigned region) and Central team (Tech Ops/ Tech / Product / MIS) for all operational work

- He /she will discuss the requirements of the client continuously with the on-ground team

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.

- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.

- Since the regional teams are based out of India in SEA region, the working hours are to be kept flexible

Academic Qualifications: B.Tech / Any Technical background will be helpful
