Looking for Manager / Sr. Manager Business HR with 12+ years of experience as HR professional with at least 5 years experience in taking care of Field/Sales & Marketing HR
Skills needed for the Position :
1. Should be a well balanced professional on IR/ER and core HR
2. Hands on experience on Organization Design, Organization structure Models
3. In-depth knowledge about employment legislation and legal regulations
4. Working knowledge on different Manning Models to suit Business context, talent availability
5. Excellent knowledge of all aspects of people management including Change management, Talent recruitment, OD, L&D, PMS, C&B etc
6. Ability to understand business models, appreciate business issues that are specific to the organization, evlove strategic HR initiatives in alignment to business and also focus on Institution building
7. Ability to leverage people data and analytics and bring it on relevance to business
8. Should have worked on lead/lag indicators wrt productivity of workforce
9. Strong networking with HR professionals, Forums, Consutling Organisations etc
10. Hands on experience on Employee Costs optimisation and Productivity enhancement
