Reporting to: Head of Finance - Collect and analyze all business, operational and financial data as required and present reports/analysis/decisions/trends. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems. - Collect and update information on markets, customers, vendors, business, environment, products, technology, people, competition and any other aspect that can or will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. - Formulating budgets, strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & achieving profitability norms - Detailed Analysis of business plans - Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, & Cost-benefit analysis - Partner with functional heads in deriving strategy formulations and project management, outlining progress on ongoing projects, responsible for tracking of Business Transformation initiatives - Provide regular feedback on the performance of the business and its achievement of agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and other plans. - Prepare decks for Management reporting, Investor reporting etc. - Work on special projects for expansion plans Company is Headquartered in Santa Clara, California. Has a team that includes folks from all the top Silicon Valley companies. Eg the Ex-technical head of Google Analytics globally, team leads for Siri's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Teams and more The incumbent will work 100% remote and 5 days,Mon - Friday
