Manager/Senior Manager - Business Excellence - Life Insurance

- A leading Life Insurance Organization is looking for Sr. Manager- Business Excellence for Mumbai Location-

- Working closely with Functional BE (SPOCs) to achieve Process Standardization, Documentation & Updating of standardized processes, Implementation of standardized processes, Preparation of departmental dashboards and review with respective Head of Departments, MIS's & Data collection - need basis, Root cause analysis for escalated/important complaints - need basis and Improvement Initiatives

- Working closely with internal/ external agencies to schedule and conduct Process Audits, BE related Trainings, ISO Certification, Six Sigma/ Lean implementation etc.

- Manage Idea Express Initiative for the organization

- Designing and setting up a Management Information System for Key metrics

- Designing Dashboards for CEOs Dashboard reviews

- Designing and setting up a Management Information System for Key Metrics

- Identifying and Implementing Process improvement Initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma Methodology

- Drive a detailed program of establishing strong service culture within the organization by deploying mystery shopping programs, measurement of CSAT/ DSAT scores for External and Internal Customers and related action planning and closure
