Role:
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Charter a process improvement "project"
- Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams
- Evaluate financial impact / savings due to the process improvements
- Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements
Role Description:
- Well versed with Software Engineering, Project Life cycle and its implementation.
- Ability to quickly learn and participate in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge on Metrics analysis.
- Prior experience of working in process driven projects.
- Ability to understand business needs and built quality framework for internal and external customers.
- Have a good knowledge of Agile Framework
- Have a very good knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areas

- Minitab or other statistical application
