1. Handling Business Excellence for Business function.
a. Undertake and independently drive improvement projects using QC, 6 Sigma & Lean tools
b. Liaise with OPS / Business & IT to implement process improvements identified from Customer Satisfaction Surveys and other sources
c. Benchmark results and processes
d. Be a custodian of SOPs - Manage Process Standardization and ISO 9001:2015 related requirements
e. Hold Kaizen Blitz with the teams to identify and implement small improvements in the process
f. Undertake Report writing for Quality awards / assessments
Requirements :
- Needs to be Six Sigma Green Belt Certified with 4-5 years' experience of driving improvement projects OR Six Sigma Black Belt with 2-3 years' experience in driving improvement projects
- Should have a good academic track record, with a First class in all University exams
- Overall 7-10 years of overall experience in Operations / Process Excellence / Business Excellence in BFSI
- Should have strong analytical skills, with keen eye for details
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to drive improvements
