Resourcetree is hiring for its esteemed client -Manager / Sr. Manager - Business Development (U.S.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As a Manager/Sr. Manager Business Development , you will play a fundamental role in achieving our new client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

About the Role:

- Lead/participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy and proposals, process improvement, competitive positioning, and pricing / commercial decisions

- Technical solutioning for business problems and building impactful client's presentations and pitches, using consulting framework as a part of bid process

- Pitch and present the company's capabilities and proposals to clients to support Sales cycle

- Create and own different Point of View documents for industries, practice areas, along with case studies, white papers and other sales collaterals and assist the team in pitch evangelism

- Assist in prospecting with relevant market / company specific research data

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience in the Analytics Delivery / Consulting / Pre-sales / Business Development role

- Experience in understanding analytics solutions for Retail, CPG, QSR, Travel & Tourism, and Hospitality industry verticals is mandatory

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage with VP & C level stakeholders from client's business and analytics team and with internal remote teams to define advanced analytic solutions to business problems

- Ability to work with a global team, playing a lead role in communicating client business problem context to the remote teams

- Strong research & analytical skills to understand industry trends and client's business

- Deep-level solution architecting skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to put together high impact decks and presentations/Point of Views/Proposals/RFP responses

- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. High levels of commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and win clients after reaching out to a large number of prospects.

- Should be able to learn and deliver results quickly

- Strong go-getter attitude and willingness to learn things on the job

- MBA / B. Tech from premier institutes
