Manager/ Sr Manager- Business Development - Training Services

They focus across industries such as IT/ ITES, Automobile, Education, Banking, Financial Services, etc. Their clientele includes Emirates, Wipro, Credit Suisse, Genpact, etc.
Primarily started in Florida in 1980, our client has its offices today in USA, India, China, Singapore and Dubai. They are currently providing their services for over 300 clients in over 35 countries.
As a Manager/Sr Manager - Business Development - Training Services, you will be responsible for customer engagement and acquisition for revenue generation from our training and coaching services.
What you will do -
- Developing and executing market penetration strategies and entering large global accounts
- Creating and servicing new and existing accounts, geographic areas and lines of business
- Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Taking a consultative approach of identifying client requirements & providing suitable solutions
- Solution Designing by mapping our offerings to the customer needs and designing for and offering solutions to the customer using subject matter experts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preferably an MBA with 5-8 years of experience in selling solutions & trainings
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Understanding workforce development needs
- A creative thinking style
