Job requirements:
- Project Planning and Management.
- Identifying key risks, assumptions, issues for completion of project within the estimated cost and timelines.
- Responsible for reviewing the progress of the project, identification of internal and external bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Preparation of detailed project plan and cash flow projections.
- Responsible for managing relationships with urban local bodies, PMC, and Government departments.
- Responsible for periodic preparation and updation of P&L statement and cash flow statement for all Projects.
- Preparation of detailed financial analysis for potential projects and investments for the company.
- Reviewing and overseeing various compliances and periodic submissions to Banks and other financial institutions.
- Tendering - Responsible for the preparation of detailed BOQ (bill of quantities) and cost estimates.
- Understanding of various development options under DCR in Mumbai and broad steps for project execution
- Should be able to understand the stage of development for the Project and identify broad risks in the project.
- Broad Legal understanding to understand the basic title of the Property.
- Feasibility studies for market expansion, product, pricing, sales velocity estimations studies, market trend analysis.
- Provide strategic counsel through customized research inputs and MIS.
