Role and Responsibilities :
- Identify, generate leads and develop new business
- Make introductory calls and initiate sales process
- Follow up of potential clients through via in office meetings, mails or phone
- Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective business accounts
- Build prospect database and meet or exceed individual sales target
- Able to conduct research on various industry aspects
- The position will be based in Delhi/NCR and BLR and candidate must be willing to travel extensively within the geography
Desired Skills And Experience
- 7+ year of experience and demonstrated success in developing new account opportunities
- 3 to 4 years in BPO sales/business development a must
- Management Degree Graduate/PG
- Team player who is open to adopt the company work culture
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills are a must
- Good presentation skills
- Command over written and spoken English
