Overall 10+ years of experience in the IT/ITES Industry  - Experience in BPO sales having worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 BPOs in the domestic market. Good knowledge of businesses in Banking, Insurance, Telecom & Ecommerce verticals  - Strong Sales expertise and Industry knowledge with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of BPO Services  - Conversant with PowerPoint and Excel.
