Job Title: BA - Retail Assets Grade: M/SM Location: Navi Mumbai(Juinagar / Airoli) - Domain skills in Retail Assets : Understanding of Loans for Urban/Rural segment, Microfinance Loans etc. - Awareness of various initiative in banking industry regarding automation, digital transformations - Candidate should have relevant experience in handling projects in loan/asset area - He/ She should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks and activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders &amp; ensure milestones are achieved within target timelines - A good degree of working knowledge of Finnone or similar loan related System is required. Understanding of LOS (Loan origination)and LMS (Loan Management system) including configurations. - Should be able to verify and validate the efforts / timelines given by software vendors / IT and negotiate where appropriate. - Should be able to coordinate with various support teams and ensure all dependent tasks are closed timely and as per requirement. - Should be able to enlist the various tasks related to IT support for applications and on how to enable and monitor them. - Required Expertise in Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement finalization, BRD writing &amp; solution designing - Required experience in Project tracking &amp; Project management - Should be able to review Testing part for various projects i.e. Verification of Test scenarios, Test documents, Review &amp; monitoring of Testing activities till closure. - Strong communication skills required. - Workable knowledge of MS Visio or similar tool.
