Manager/Senior Manager - Broker - Industrial Real Estate

Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA

- Development, construction, site location, leasing, transaction services and consulting or provide a more narrow focus on transaction management, acquisition or disposition.

- Focuses more on warehouse, distribution centers, light manufacturing, and office/warehouse (flex) properties.

- Guide their clients through the details of industrial real estate decisions

- Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base.

- Lead the team to provide amicable service to current and future client base.
