- 4-6 years experience in managing PR, Events and Brand Visibility for B2B Tech brands in India and US markets.
- The role requires entails taking complete ownership of Media relations, Analyst Relations, Field Marketing strategist and customer advocacy initiatives.
- How the brand will be perceived by Clients and Influencers is entirely to be managed through constant effective communication and visibility strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Understanding of Industry Events management in US market. Identify participation opportunities for the brand, plan the entire event execution, maintain relations with organizers for ongoing opportunities - maximize brand visibility and ROI
PR & Analyst Relations
- Experience in managing PR for a B2B Tech brand in US market.
Build and manage relationships with Media in US & India. Identify opportunities for visibility
- Drive communication campaigns for Media & Analysts Community to drive awareness and let the Brand's voice be heard amongst leading print, online and broadcast media
- Ability to build and Manage strong relationships and periodic communication with the Analyst community for the Brand
- Position stories/PoVs/articles to online and print media and plan coverage for Brand, Leaders, customer wins, strategic initiatives and partnerships
Brand & Customer Advocacy
- Drive Customer Advocacy campaigns to keep top customers engaged with the Brand
- Manage CSAT and other such Brand initiatives, ensure Brand is well represented across mediums
- Develop an Influencer relations program to support strategic growth objectives
- Conceptualize community programs and drive them with support of Digital Marketing & Content Specialists
Education : Graduate - A post Graduate Diploma in PR, Marcom or Advertising will be an advantage
